BIG Ideas - that hardly ever work - OR - what to do with all that land and energy....

We started retiring in 2007, but retiring from farming isn't as easy as it looks. Now with the Christmas tree business separated off under management of Barb's son, there is still loads of work to do managing the property and caring for the details. Nevertheless, Barb is focusing on her art (long overdue) and Terry is developing his interests in tiny houses and vinegar.

We have a wonderful Linn sawmill and welcome opportunities to custom cut lumber for folks in our area. Terry has a brand new mini-excavator and is doing ditching, stump-pulling and landscaping for neighbors and nearby farms. Both Barb and Terry do some woodworking as well.
